Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Sizes
Size Exchange is available within 7 days of receiving your order.
To do such, please go to our ‘Contact Us’ tab, and please include the following information:
Your Name, Your Email, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Size You Want to Exchange.
You will be contacted within 48 Hours with an email confirmation. Delivery Charges will apply.
Exchange Products
Product exchange is available within 7 days of receiving your order! To exchange an item, place a new order with your required products, then go to our “Contact us” section and send us an exchange request along with both order numbers; the old one you wish to exchange and the new items you placed. We will then process it, check availability and calculate your new total or refund and reply within 48 hours.
Faulty Items
We’re extremely sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition or is not what you ordered.
To fix this issue please go to our ‘Contact Us’ tab within 48 hours of receiving your order and please include the following information:
Your Name, Your Email, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
We’ll then get back to you with a confirmation on exchanging this item, Free of charge.
P.S. The Exchange will be with the exact same product color and size. If you wish to change the product, please request a return and place a new order.
Returns
Online purchases can be returned within 48 Hours of receiving your order for a refund back to your original form of payment. (It can take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account)
Please make sure your package is in its original condition.
Of course, It is fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
Alternatively, we (at our sole discretion) may choose to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of an item.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
Please NOTE: For Hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for swimwear or pierced jewelry (If you wish to try any swimsuit before purchase, you can schedule an appointment for fitting).
Also we cannot offer refunds during sale.
P.S. Delivery Charges will apply to both exchange and returns except for faulty items.
